To meet increasing market demand, YUXIN purchases a 22.23-acre site. This production expansion costs us around 500 million RMB, aiming to build the largest manufacturing base for the construction machinery air conditioning system, heat radiation system and the air cooled radiator. In January 2013, the new factory was put into use.
Presently, YUXIN owns 4 air conditioner production lines with a combined production capacity of 300,000 sets per year. The 4 furnaces for vacuum welding allow us to yield 4000 tons of plate-fin radiators and air cooled radiators on an annual basis.
Products Exhibition Room
We mainly produces the vehicle-specific air conditioner and radiator, air cooled radiator, and automobile air conditioning evaporator and condenser. Over the years, we have worked with many big names in Chinese construction machinery industry, such as LiuGong Machinery, the XCMG Group, SDLG, XGMA machinery, Zoomlion, Sany, NISSAN Motors, SAIC Motor, Dongfeng Automobile, Shenlong Machinery, and Wuling Automobile.
Our radiator production line covers an area of 1900 square meters. It is mainly used to produce automobile plate-fin type radiators. Currently the company owns 4 furnaces for vacuum brazing, 4 Nocolok brazing furnaces, and 1 furnace for high temperature brazing. The production line can be further divided into five sections where part machining, assembly, welding, riveting and other production processes take place. It is capable of producing 400,000 sets of radiators per year. Our major customers include the DOOSAN, Zoomlion, and the XGMA machinery.
Automobile Air Conditioner Heat Exchanger Workshop (Evaporator + Condenser)
This workshop is where the automobile air conditioning evaporator and condenser are produced. It has 4 world-class aluminum air conditioner core production lines which are responsible for the production of various types of condensers, evaporators and car radiator. Main equipment on these production lines is imported from the US, Japan and the UK. Its machining ability and accuracy are up to industry-leading level.
All the production lines were completed in 2010, allowing us to produce over 3 million sets of serpentine and parallel-flow type condensers, and more than 800,000 sets of stacked-plate and parallel-flow type evaporators. Our products are mainly used by well-known Chinese construction machinery manufacturers such as the DOOSAN, Zoomlion, the XCMG Group, Nissan Motors, SAIC Motor, Dongfeng Automobile, Shenlong Machinery, and Wuling Automobile.
Air Conditioning System Assembly Workshop
The company owns 2 testing centers, one for vehicle radiator environmental control system testing and the other for automobile air conditioner performance testing.
Research and Development Department
YUXIN has its own Research and Development Department, including the Air Conditioning System R&D Division, Vehicle Radiator System R&D Division, and the Technical Division. There are 50 members in our technical team, 64% of whom hold medium-level title or higher. They all have a relatively strong ability in product research, development and system integration.
YUXIN has developed a wide range of air conditioning systems for use in the construction machinery. Our air conditioner can be installed around the cab seat, in front of the cab, on the top of the outside or inside cab, or standing freely on the cab floor. Upon your request, we can add a numeric display to the air conditioner to allow for automation of control. In addition to the air conditioner, we also supply the hydraulic oil radiator, air cooled radiator, car radiator, intercooler, and engine cooling system.

2.2 Riveted Aluminum Heat Exchanger Workshop (car radiator )
B-Type Pipe Making Machine
The B-type pipe making machine relies on the roll forming technology to achieve synchronization between pipe cutting and forming. We have 4 sets of B-type pipe making machine with different specifications.
The riveting machine takes a number steps to rivet form the structure. The riveting process can be adjusted to suit specific riveting requirements.
Semi-Automatic Assembly Machine
The semi-automatic assembly machine can be further divided into two sections, one for parts assembly and the other for holes expansion. The operations of automatic tube arrangement, and main panel installation and tube expansion can be in sync with each other.
Automatic Assembly Machine
The automatic assembly is comprised of the plate-fin forming machine and assembly machine. It is able to automatically process the fins, install them onto the tube, arrange tubes, main panel installation, and tube expansion.
